A hidden gem. Quiet, very comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi was excellent also. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so lovely! They helped us with some questions we had about Northern Ireland and even suggested some places for us to visit. Highly recommend checking out the Garvagh Pyramid! Bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept. Food was lovely and they have a great dinner selection.

The shower was a strange shape which made it hard to manoeuvre.

Leanne went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even rang to say our room was ready for early check-in. Staff very friendly and room was beautiful.

Lovely well equipped room. Very comfortable bed. VERY clean. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They couldn't do enough. I highly recommend The Imperial Hotel

Staff were fantastic, food is very good, the room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect for me and parking is available outside the door.

I'm a light sleeper and the noise from traffic all through the night was awful, as my room was overlooking the main street. Also, didn't replace the shower gel in the room for the second morning.

Recently refurbished modern, comfortable and spacious room. Quick and easy check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. I had a few drinks in the bar and meal. Great menu loads of choice and great value - the food was excellent with generous portions.

Fantastic customer service and all staff were so warm and courteous. Food was very tasty and good value. Immaculately clean.

Bed could possibly do with an upgrade.

Hotel from when you enter is spotless and room we stayed in was spotless. The staff was all very friendly and i must say the pint of guinness i had was outstanding. I would have liked to stayed for another view. I would recommend a stay here.

The only issue was traffic noise early in the morning as we had front room. Not much hotel can do as on the main road. I would ask for a room at the back if possible next time.

A lovely warm welcome from lady at Reception. Spotlessly clean warm room (#6). Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Dined in bar and food was ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH, hot food at a reasonable price. Lovely staff including Declan. Would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thought bathroom was cramped and room could have been doing with a chair so I could have sat and worked at the desk top, whilst saying this, I appreciate the price I paid was good

Our stay at Imperial was great.The room itself had everything we needed,was very up to date decor wise and very clean,Everything was central,shops,places for food and altho we didn't avail of the breakfast,it's available if you want it.Would highly recommend and would defo stay again.Thanknyou
